This tab allows you to track the use of your chatbots in real time.

Trends allow you to quickly capture:

• The number of conversations conducted with your chatbots

• The average number of messages per conversation

• The average duration of a conversation

• The number of times a visitor launched your chatbots

The growth and decline percentages take into account the displayed period and the previous period of the same duration.

Below, two graphs are available for monthly or weekly comparison:

• Daily consumption: Number of requests per day.

• Cumulative consumption: Number of requests since the start of the period.

The graphs display 2 data that you can configure in the next tab: the alert threshold and the daily/monthly limit.
