📚Card Library

The Card Library allows you to create content cards that will be available to your entire organisation, i.e., to all projects created there.

Create a library card

1. Go to the Content Management page

2. Select the Card Library section from the left menu

3. Click the Create Card button and refer to the article Create/edit a content card

Publish a Library Card in a Project

Each content card created in the Library can be published to an existing project in your organisation.

1. Click on the three horizontal dots icon located at the top right of your library card;

   
2. Click "Publish";

3. Select the projects in which you want to publish your library entry.

A library card can only be edited from the Entry Library, and nowhere else. When a content card is edited in the Entry Library, this change is automatically and immediately reflected in all projects in which the card is published.
