# Card Library

The Card Library allows you to create content cards that will be available to your entire organisation, i.e., to all projects created there.

The **Number of Library Cards** counter, displayed at the top of the page, shows the number of cards currently in your organisation's library. It lets you see at a glance the volume of centralised, reusable content available across your different projects.

## Create a library card

1. Go to the **Content Management** page
2. Select the **Card Library** section from the left menu
3. Click the **Create Card** button and refer to the article&#x20;

## Publish a Library Card in a Project

Each content card created in the Library can be published to an existing project in your organisation.

1. Click on the three horizontal dots icon located at the top right of your library card;

2. Click "**Publish**";
3. Select the projects in which you want to publish your library entry.

A library card <mark style="color:red;">**can only be edited from the Card Library**</mark>, and nowhere else.\
When a content card is edited in the Card Library, this change is automatically and immediately reflected in all projects in which the card is published.
