# Fact-check

Fact-check automatically checks, during your calls, that the information your agents announce about your products matches what is actually offered (price, contract length, quantities, etc.).

Access: the fact-check pages are visible to users with the **Project Owner** or **Account Owner** role. The Standard User and Expert User roles do not have access.

## Create a module
* Click "**Create a module**" and give it a name.
## Add a product
A module contains one or more products, each with its own criteria to verify.
* On the **Products** tab, click "**Create a product**".
* Enter the **product name** and an **initial description** (price, contract length, quantities, etc.).

The initial description is used to automatically generate a first version of the verification criteria, which you can edit afterwards.

## Review the generated criteria
For each fact extracted from the description, a criterion is generated with:
* A **piece of evidence**: the excerpt from the description it is based on.
* A **check type** (e.g. Inclusion, Quantity) that determines how the AI should compare what the agent says to the expected value.
* A **value kind**, an **operand**, and an expected **value** (with its unit where relevant).
You can adjust any criterion or remove it with "**Delete spec**".
## Associate and publish
* Set the **associated call statuses**: the product is only taken into account for sessions with one of these statuses.
* Choose the **publication status**:
* **Draft**: the product stays editable and is excluded from fact-checking in production.
* **Published**: requires at least one associated call status.

A product must be published to actually be taken into account when analysing calls.

Criteria from every product in a module feed its **attribute dictionary**, shared to avoid duplicates. The **Sessions** tab lists the sessions already evaluated by this module.
### Deleting a module or a product
The "**Delete module**" (or "**Delete product**") link at the bottom of the page removes it permanently.
