# Settings

Customise the labels used for the two parties in a call (by default "Agent" and "Client"). These labels are automatically translated into each project's language whenever they are used.

* Turn on "**Customise speaker labels**".
* Enter the **agent-side label** and the **client-side label**.
* Click "**Save**".
