๐Ÿค”Intentions

Intention: the trigger is a sentence spoken either by the agent or by the other person (Dual Channel) whose meaning is close to the documented intention, even if the terms used are different. The advantage is that it can respond to a wider range of expressions; the disadvantage is that the trigger is therefore less precise, and also a little longer because processing is done when the sentence is finished.

Intentions allow you to categorise examples of sentences that have the same meaning. They will be visible and usable throughout your organisation and across your various projects.

The table above summarises the characteristic elements of each intention in your organisation: its name, its creation date, the user who created it and its examples.

Create an intention

Go to the Content Management page.

  1. Select the Intentions section from the left menu.

  2. Click the Create Intention button.

  3. Enter a name for the intention and click "Save."

Adding examples is done by clicking on the underlined number below the "Examples" column. You can add as many examples as needed.

Delete an intention

You can delete an intention by clicking the trash can icon in the last column of the intention summary table.
