Projects allow you to group content cards, decision trees, and topics for a team or a group of users, allowing them to access them in the Live Application.

This section also allows you to:

• Create new projects;

• Duplicate and delete projects;

• Manage users who have access to projects;

• Create project-specific content cards that cannot be used by the entire organisation;

• Manage project vocal triggers;

• Manage project compliance and quality elements;

You can only view and manage projects you have been assigned to.

Select the project you wish to view from the drop-down list in the left menu by clicking "Select a project," or directly from the "Dashboard" section of the Content Management page.

You can also create a new project by clicking the "Create a new project" button.
