Content card: A set of information displayed when a vocal trigger is detected, or as a result of a search or click.

The "Content Cards" section of your project allows you to view an overview of all existing content cards in your project.

Content cards

This view allows you, for each content card:

  • To add or remove it from your favourites ( / );

  • To Manage a content card by clicking on the icon

  • To check its active Tags (example: )

  • To check the number of associated Vocal Triggers (example: )

  • To check if it is a card from the Card Library ()

  • To check if it is a card or

By clicking on the rectangle representing a content card, you access the content editor for that card (see Create/edit a content card).

Import / Create a content card

The two yellow buttons located at the top right of this visualisation allow you to:

Filter

You can filter the global view by:

  • Status:

    • All Cards

    • Active Cards

    • Inactive Cards

  • Tags:

    • No selection: Displays all content cards, regardless of their tag(s).

    • Select one or more tags: Displays all content cards with the selected tag(s).

Active / Inactive / Temporary Content Card:

  • An active card is available to users in the Live Application, via voice, text, or click search.

  • An inactive card cannot be viewed by users in the Live Application by any means.

  • A temporarily active card is rendered inactive when it reaches its expiration date. After this date, it remains visible to project managers in the Dashboard as an inactive card.

Start and end of session cards

You can also select an existing card in the project as an automatic and systematic display at the start or end of each session of your users in Live Application.
