The "Topics" section of your project allows you to group vocal triggers by category. These triggers will be visible and usable throughout your organisation and across your various projects.

At the project level, you can:

• Add a topic, either already existing in the organisation or by creating a new one;

• Add vocal trigger to a topic;

• Modify the mention threshold for a topic.

Add vocal triggers to a topic

Once the topic is created, click on the "Number of triggers" or on its title and select triggers already existing in the project or create them directly in the interface.

Change the threshold for mentioning a topic

The mention threshold allows you to define, within a user session, from how many spoken vocal triggers belonging to this topic you want to consider that it has been mentioned in the conversation.

The mention threshold must be less than or equal to the number of vocal triggers in the topic.

Click the pencil icon of the topic whose mention threshold you want to change in the "Actions" column and change the associated threshold up or down.
