Rules
No need to conjugate verbs: "smile", "smiles", "smiled" and other variations are detected identically. In this case, it is preferable to use only the most frequent/likely variation.
No need to enter the noun and the verb: "subscription" and "subscribe" are detected identically.
No need to enter the singular and plural forms: "dogs" and "dog" are detected identically.
No need to enter all definite and indefinite articles and pronouns: "adopt a dog" and "adopting dogs" are detected identically.
Do not add punctuation: otherwise, CogNeed will suggest adding a specific command.
Principle of choice: precise, concise, detailed. The idea is to find the right balance between a vocal trigger that is too short or too long.
Recommendations
You can add as many vocal triggers as you like per content card. Depending on the detected context (product 1, product 2, etc.), the same vocal trigger can trigger different content cards.
For example, "subscription" can display the subscription card for multiple products. However, within a context, a vocal trigger can only display a single content card.
If, in your project, CogNeed doesn't listen to the customer's voice, vocal triggers will only be spoken by the advisors. You must therefore put yourself in their shoes and think about what they say or rephrase naturally.
