Topics allow you to group vocal triggers by category. These will be visible and usable throughout your organisation and across your various projects.

The table above summarises the characteristic elements of each topic in your organisation: its name, its creation date, the user who created it, its voice triggers and its associated colour.

Create a topic

1. Go to the Content Management page.

2. Select the Topics section from the left menu.

3. Click the Create Topic button.

Enter a topic name, set a colour, and click "Save."

You can change the colour of a created topic at any time from the summary table.

Adding vocal triggers to a topic is done at the project level, when creating or modifying a vocal trigger: Create a vocal trigger.

Delete a topic

You can delete a topic by clicking on the trash can icon in the last column of the topic summary table.

However, it is not possible to delete a topic as long as it is associated with at least one vocal trigger.
