Pricing

Flexible Plan

The Flexible Plan is subscribed for one (1) month and renews automatically, unless you cancel.

This subscription is billed based on the number of registered User Accounts, which may increase or decrease during the month. In this case, a prorated adjustment will be made on the next invoice based on the number of days remaining in the current month.

This plan is ideal for an experiment, or if you experience significant fluctuations in staff numbers during the subscription period.

Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise Plan is a one-year commitment and automatically renews unless you cancel.

This subscription is billed at a lower cost, based on the number of registered User Accounts, and is reduced based on the commitment volume. Beyond the commitment volume, you can still add and remove users during the annual subscription, at a cost calculated pro rata temporis, based on the number of days remaining in the subscription period.

Services

To guide you in the implementation and adoption of CogNeed, fixed-price services such as support costs, specific developments, integration and/or use of complementary automatic content generation solutions may be offered on quotation.

Billing

Licenses are billed when User Accounts are created, either by debit from the documented credit card or by SEPA transfer.

Here are other cases where you will see charges:

• Flexible Plan: on your monthly renewal date.

• Enterprise Plan: on your annual renewal date, and immediately if the number of User Accounts added during the period justifies an interim invoice.

• Immediately, if you upgrade from the Flexible Plan to the Enterprise Plan.

• Immediately, if you upgrade from the CogNeed Standard license to the CogNeed Advanced license, or if you add the Dual Channel option.

• Immediately, if you subscribe to integration, development, support, or content generation services

• Monthly, if you subscribe to the CogBot option, which is billed only on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Minimum billing

• Flexible Plan: Regardless of the number of registered User Accounts, the minimum monthly bill will be 10 users.

• Business Plan: Regardless of the number of registered User Accounts, the minimum annual bill will be equal to the number of registered User Accounts at the start of the commitment period, with a minimum of 15 users.

Package changes

You can change your Service level at any time by choosing a different plan, or new options, by accessing your company billing settings. If you choose to downgrade your Account, you may lose access to certain Content, features, or capacity. Please contact us for more information on obtaining a copy of this Content.

• Flexible Plan to Enterprise Plan: CogNeed will bill you for a full year for the number of User Accounts registered at the time of the upgrade. The first day of the Enterprise Plan will follow the end of your current monthly billing period. Enterprise Plan pricing will apply to the annual invoice, based on the number of User Accounts registered at the time of the upgrade.

• Enterprise Plan to Flexible Plan: At the end of the commitment period, CogNeed will bill you monthly, based on the number of User Accounts registered. Flexible Plan pricing will apply to the monthly invoice.

• From the CogNeed Standard license to the CogNeed Advanced license, with or without options: an invoice will be issued immediately, including the remaining balance on the CogNeed Standard licenses, from which future billing for the CogNeed Advanced licenses will be deducted (monthly for a Flexible Plan, annual for an Enterprise Plan).

• From the CogNeed Advanced license to the CogNeed Standard license: this switch can only occur upon contract renewal.

Flexible Plan

The Flexible Plan grants a monthly license to all User Accounts for the CogNeed Service at the time of billing. Billing will be issued based on the number of User Accounts registered at project launch and renewal anniversary dates, and based on the Flexible license amount, subject to the minimum billing requirement.

During the billing period, if additional User Accounts are registered, an additional charge will be issued at the time of monthly renewal. We will prorate the cost for the remainder of the month for these additional User Accounts.

After adding additional User Accounts, if you choose to reduce the number of User Accounts, a prorated credit for the remainder of the month will be issued at renewal, unless the minimum billing requirement applies.

Note: Credits do not represent currency or exchange value, are non-transferable and non-refundable, and will expire after termination of your paid CogNeed Plan.

Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise plan grants an annual license to all User Accounts for the CogNeed Service at the time of billing. Billing will be issued based on the number of User Accounts ordered at project launch, the number of User Accounts registered on the renewal anniversary dates, and the applicable Enterprise license amount, subject to the minimum billing requirement.

During the billing period, if additional User Accounts are registered, an additional invoice will be issued at the end of the commitment period, upon renewal, or immediately if the number of User Accounts added during the period warrants an interim invoice. We will prorate the cost for the remainder of the year for these additional User Accounts.

After adding additional User Accounts, if you choose to reduce the number of User Accounts, a credit will be issued at renewal, prorated for the remainder of the year, unless the minimum billing requirement applies.

Note: Credits do not represent currency or exchange value, are non-transferable or refundable, and will expire after termination of your paid CogNeed plan.
