### Telephony / VoIP

Thanks to our API integrations, CogNeed is 100% compatible with numerous telephony systems (dialers, CTI, VoIP). Connected to your telephony system, CogNeed will automatically start a session when a call is placed, automatically end the session when you hang up, and can also start the appropriate project based on your queue, the caller, etc.

CogNeed connects to Ringover to automatically launch when your agents make or receive calls.

To configure your Ringover integration:

* Open your Ringover Dashboard
* Click on the [Webhook section](https://dashboard.ringover.com/webhooks)
* Add the following URL to the Call answered and Call ended fields: <https://public.api.cogneed.ai/ringover/callback> (see image below)

CogNeed connects to Aircall to automatically launch when your agents make and receive calls.

**Configure your Aircall integration**

Please ensure you have administrator rights in both Aircall and CogNeed. If so, you can follow the steps below.

1. Step 1: Grant CogNeed access to Aircall
   * Log in to CogNeed
   * Go to Enterprise Settings > Integrations
   * Click Install next to the Aircall logo
   * Click Allow
2. Step 2: Configure Aircall to ensure all users are associated with Aircall users
