# Login

Administrators have access to a personalised client area, the Dashboard, which includes, among other things:

* Content elements configured within their various projects,
* Associated vocal triggers,
* Defined compliance elements,
* Completed decision trees,
* Live Application user usage statistics,
* Details of user sessions on Live Application,
* All user configuration and tracking elements.

## 1st connection

You have received an email from <contact@cogneed.ai> inviting you to join your organisation.

If you haven't received it, check your spam and/or junk mail. If you still don't see it, contact your administrator directly.

* Click "Join us"
* Enter the email address you received the invitation to.
* Copy and paste the one-time password (received in the invitation email), paying attention to the spaces!
* Choose a new password that meets CogNeed's security requirements.
* You are now logged in and automatically redirected to [https://dashboard.cogneed.ai](https://dashboard.cogneed.ai/)!

## Open the Dashboard

To log in to the CogNeed Dashboard, go to [this link](https://dashboard.cogneed.ai/), enter your credentials, and click "**Sign in**."

If your organisation has set up SSO login with CogNeed, simply click "**SSO Login**" on the CogNeed login page and enter the email address you use for that organisation.

Access to the Dashboard is also possible from the Live Application, by clicking on the menu and selecting "**Access Dashboard**".
