# Reports

This page allows you to track Live Application usage data by team, project, and user.

### Dashboard

When you click on the **Reports** page, you are redirected to the **Dashboard** section.

Here you can find:

* Project Trends: Summary of usage data grouped by project.
* Team Trends: Summary of usage data grouped by team.
* Active Users: List of users currently logged into CogNeed (🟢), and a time indicator of their last login.
* Filter data by date and access different types of reports by navigating the following menu on the left side of your screen:

## Generally speaking

* All percentage changes are calculated by comparing them to the previous period of the same duration.
* You will always find "**Export Data**" buttons above the data tables. These allow you to:
  * Download usage statistics in CSV format.
  * Print usage statistics.
