This page allows you to track Live Application usage data by team, project, and user.

Here you can find:

• Project Trends: Summary of usage data grouped by project.

• Team Trends: Summary of usage data grouped by team.

• Active Users: List of users currently logged into CogNeed (🟢), and a time indicator of their last login.

• Filter data by date and access different types of reports by navigating the following menu on the left side of your screen:

Generally speaking

• All percentage changes are calculated by comparing them to the previous period of the same duration.

• You will always find "Export Data" buttons above the data tables. These allow you to:

  • Download usage statistics in CSV format.

  • Print usage statistics.
