# Coaching

Coaching uses AI to generate a summary of your users' improvement areas for a given advanced analysis item (e.g. Reformulation), based on calls already evaluated over a chosen period.

1. In the left-hand menu, go to **Reports > Advanced Analysis > Coaching**.<br>

2. Find the list of Coachings already generated: the advanced analysis item covered, the period, and the generation date.

## Create a Coaching

* Click the "**New coaching**" button.
* Select the **advanced analysis item** to analyse (required).
* Choose the **model** used to generate the summary.

The prompt sent to the model is visible and editable in the "user request" field. Keep the tags between `<%= %>`: they are automatically replaced with real data (the item's name and question, dates, analysed calls).

* Set the **scope** to analyse (start and end dates, required).
* Optionally narrow it down with **Project**, **User(s)**, **Team**, **Call status**, or **Context** filters.

* Click "**Launch**" to start the generation.

## Reading a result

The result shows:

* The **improvement areas** identified by the AI from the explanations and verbatims of the analysed calls.
* The list of **analysed sessions**: user, project, date, duration, and the excerpt used as evidence for each session.
* The number of **credits** consumed by the generation.

### Deleting a Coaching

In the "Danger Zone" at the bottom of the result page, the "**Delete**" button removes the Coaching from the list. The analysed sessions are not affected.
