📊Content statistics

This section allows you to view and track usage data related to CogNeed sessions performed by your users.

  1. In the left menu, filter your data by:

    • Projects/Teams.

    • Date.

  2. Find your teams' session data: for each data item displayed, a ℹ️ is displayed if you would like more information.

Origin of the displays

General statistics related to the origin of content display, project or team level.

  • History: Display linked to a click in the detection history.

  • Search: Display linked to a text search.

  • Linked card: Display linked to a click on a "Associated card" link:

    • Recently modified card,

    • Linked card (within the content),

    • Linked card (using the eponymous feature) - blue banner displayed under the title of a content card.

  • Detection: Display linked to voice detection.

  • Favourites: Display linked to a click on a favourite content card.

  • Initial display: Display linked to an automatic retrieval at the start of the session (customer card or linked to the call queue).

  • Start of session record: Display linked to an automatic retrieval at the start of the session ("start of session record" feature).

  • End of session record: Display linked to an automatic retrieval at the end of the session ("end of session record" feature).

Content per card

This table summarises the display data related to the content cards of the selected project or team. You will find, by content card, over the given period:

  • Number of total views,

  • Average rating,

  • Number of unique feedback,

  • Average ratio of voice to manual views,

When you click on a row, a detailed data visualisation of the associated cards appears. It includes rating and display data by user.

Only the first hundred rows of the table are displayed. Filter, sort or export to csv to browse the table in its entirety.

Content by user

This table summarises the display data related to users in the selected project or team. You will find, by user, over the given period:

  • Number of total displays,

  • Number of unique feedbacks,

  • Feedback details,

  • Average ratio of voice/manual displays,

When you click on a row, a detailed data visualisation for the associated user appears. It includes display and rating data by content card.
