📊Detections statistics
This section allows you to view and track usage data related to CogNeed sessions performed by your users.
In the left menu, filter your data by:
Projects/Teams.
Date.
Voice Channel (Agent/Customer) - only available for organisations that have subscribed to the Dual Channel option
Find your teams' session data: for each data item displayed, a ℹ️ is displayed if you would like more information.
At the top of this section, you will first find the total number of detections carried out in the selected period, by project or by team.

Vocal triggers detections
This table summarises the voice trigger detections for the selected project or team. You'll find, by vocal trigger, over the given period, the total number of detections and the percentage change.
When you filter on a given project, an additional information column appears, informing you of the display associated with the vocal trigger, if any.

Clicking on one of the rows in this table displays a breakdown of the number of times this vocal trigger was detected per user. It includes a column for the user's role and one for the number of times this user was detected.

Detections by user
This table summarises vocal trigger detections for the selected project or team. You will find, by user, over the given period, the total number of detections and the percentage change.

Clicking on one of the rows in this table displays a list of vocal triggers detected by user. It includes a column on the associated display and one on the number of detections of this vocal trigger.
