📊Phrasing Performance statistics

This section allows you to view and track usage data related to CogNeed sessions performed by your users.

1. In the left menu, filter your data by:

   • Projects/Teams.

   • Date.

     
2. Find your teams' session data: for each data item displayed, a ℹ️ is displayed if you would like more information.

Define a comparison

• Click the "Create a phrasing comparison" button.

• Enter a name for your comparison and add one or more reference formulations.

• Click "Save"

• The "Explore" button allows you to search for other formulations similar to those you have entered, and which are already used by your users to add them to your list (feature only available for organisations that have subscribed to the Advanced license).

Remember to include these comparisons in all projects where the formulations provided are likely to be used.

Configure success conditions

Click the settings icon in the top right corner of each comparison to configure the associated success conditions.

There are two options for defining these success conditions:

• Based on the duration of the call after the wording is detected

• Based on the status of the call

Based on call status: Requires integration with your telephony so that CogNeed can retrieve call statuses and configure them as success conditions.
