📊Quality statistics

This section allows you to view and track usage data related to CogNeed sessions performed by your users.

  1. In the left menu, filter your data by:

    • Projects/Teams.

    • Date.

  2. Find your teams' session data: for each data item displayed, a ℹ️ is displayed if you would like more information.

The trends section allows you to have an overview of the average quality scores overall and by topic, as well as a Top 3 of inappropriate formulations mentioned by users of the selected project or team.

For each of these topics, the overview shows you the number of users with a satisfactory (green), average (orange), and unsatisfactory (red) score. This number is calculated against thresholds, which you can change by clicking the settings icon ⚙️.

Score by topic

This table provides access to detailed quality scores by topic, within the selected project or team. You will find, by topic over the given period, the average quality score, the percentage change, and the number of times users formulated this topic.

By clicking on one of the rows in this table, the details of the quality score per user appear. It includes, for the selected topic, a column on the user's role, one on their quality score, one on the percentage change in their score, and one on the number of times this topic was formulated by this user.

By clicking on one of the lines in this table, you can view, for this theme and for this selected user, the details of the quality events that took place as well as the associated transcriptions.

Score by user

This table provides detailed information on quality scores by user, within the selected project or team. It displays, per user over the given period, the average quality score, the percentage change, and the number of times quality topics were formulated.

By clicking on one of the lines in this table, the details of the quality score by topic appear. It includes, for the selected user, a column on the topic, one on their quality score for this topic, one on the evolution of their score in percentage and one on the number of formulations of this topic by this user.

By clicking on one of the lines in this table, you can view, for this topic and for this selected user, the details of the quality events that took place as well as the associated transcriptions.
