📊Real Time Compliance statistics

This section allows you to view and track usage data related to CogNeed sessions performed by your users.

1. In the left menu, filter your data by:

   • Projects/Teams.

   • Date.

     
2. Find your teams' session data: for each data item displayed, a ℹ️ is displayed if you would like more information.

Trends

The trends section allows you to have an overview of the average compliance scores overall and by topic.

For each topic in the selected project or team, the overview shows you the number of users with a satisfactory (green), average (orange), and unsatisfactory (red) score. This number is calculated against thresholds, which you can change by clicking the settings icon ⚙️.

Score by topic

This table provides detailed information on compliance scores by topic, within the selected project or team. It displays the average compliance score and percentage change for each topic over the given period.

By clicking on one of the rows in this table, the details of the compliance score per user appear. It includes, for the selected topic, a column on the user's role, one on their compliance score and one on the change in their score as a percentage.

By clicking on one of the lines in this table, you can view, for this topic and for this selected user, the details of the compliance events that took place as well as the associated transcriptions when the user validated compliance.

Score by user

This table provides detailed information on compliance scores by user, within the selected project or team. For each user over the given period, you will find their role, average compliance score, and the percentage change in their average score.

By clicking on one of the rows in this table, the details of the compliance score by topic appear. It includes, for the selected user, a column on their compliance score and one on the change in their score as a percentage.

By clicking on one of the lines in this table, you can view, for this user and for the selected topic, the details of the compliance events that took place as well as the associated transcriptions when the user validated compliance.

Score by module

This table provides detailed information on compliance scores by modules, within the selected project or team. For each module over the given period, you will find their name, average compliance score, and the percentage change in their average score.

By clicking on one of the rows in this table, the details of the compliance score per user appear. It includes, for the selected module, a column on the user's role, one on their compliance score and one on the change in their score as a percentage.
