This section allows you to view and track usage data related to CogNeed sessions performed by your users.

1. In the left menu, filter your data by:

   • Projects/Teams.

   • Date.

     
2. Find your teams' session data: for each data item displayed, a ℹ️ is displayed if you would like more information.

Trends

General statistics related to sessions, project or team level.

Call coverage and call count data are only available if CogNeed is integrated with your telephony or CTI.

User sessions

Specific statistics related to sessions, user level of the selected project or team.
