📝Sessions

This page allows you to find all the CogNeed sessions completed by your users, along with details of what happened during them. You'll find:

• All sessions for users in your organisation;

• Filters to sort these sessions and make it easier to search for information;

• The icon appears if a summary was automatically generated at the end of the session - for organisations that have subscribed to CogNeed Advanced;

• The icon appears if a personal note from the user was added to the session.

• The icon appears if a session was completed manually (without phone integration).

• The icon appears if a call status was assigned to the session through phone integration.

• The icon appears if a session is made with the Dual Canal app.

• The icon appears if the session is currently in progress.

You can filter by:

• Keywords found in the transcripts

• Date

• Session length

• User

• Project

• Team

• Real-time compliance topic

• Call status

• Call group ID
