# Session details

Click on a session to view details. You'll find:

* Score given by the user for the session;
* Conversation summary - *for organisations that have subscribed to CogNeed Advanced;*
* Personal notes from the user on the call progress;
* List of cards displayed and vocal triggers spoken;
* List of decision trees run during the session;
* Session compliance and quality elements;
* Evaluation sheet;
* List of the other sessions within the same call group
* Advanced analysis items;
* Requests for new content.
