Click on a session to view details. You'll find:

• Score given by the user for the session;

• Conversation summary - for organisations that have subscribed to CogNeed Advanced;

• Personal notes from the user on the call progress;

• List of cards displayed and vocal triggers spoken;

• List of decision trees run during the session;

• Session compliance and quality elements;

• Evaluation sheet;

• List of the other session within the same call group

• Advanced analysis items;

• Requests for new content.

To configure automatic session summary instructions, go to Advanced settings within the project associated with this session.
