# Connexion
In the Dual Channel application, click **“Sign in”** when you launch it for the first time on your workstation and/or in your user session.
The application opens an online sign-in window to enable synchronization with your existing CogNeed account:
In this browser window, users can enter either:
* **“Corporate email”**: if SSO has been set up with your organization.
* **Username/Password**: created when the email invitation to CogNeed is received.
Once you have signed in, the open login page will turn white and prompt you to open the Dual Channel application. Check “Always allow” so your browser remembers this choice.
Once the Dual Channel application is open, you can close the login page.

## Having trouble?
If you experience sign-in issues, try the following steps before contacting your administrator or support:
* Click **“Having trouble?”**
* Click **“Clear storage”**
* Try signing in or synchronizing again.
