🖱️Usage

Once the Dual Channel Application is installed and synchronised, it will show you which input and output devices are in use.

Remember to check that your headset is selected in the “Input” category.

You can test the input and output of your device.

When the Dual Channel application and Live Application are properly synchronised, this icon appears in the top right corner of both applications.

You no longer need to take any action on this application, which will run in the background when you are logged into Live Application.

The Dual Channel app must remain open for CogNeed to listen to your conversation partner's audio stream! However, it can be minimised or put in the background.
