# Mic issue

### CogNeed isn't detecting the microphone

Click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the app.\

* App Info
* Settings
* On the Chrome page that opens, check:
  * Microphone
  * Notification
  * Start on login
* Refresh the app
