What if I have no detections?

• I check that I'm on the right project with the right language.

• I check in the CogNeed dashboard that the content sheet is active and not inactive.

• I check that I'm not in the manual search and therefore that I'm not seeing new detections.

• I check that I'm not logged out.

• I check my computer settings to make sure my microphone is connected.

• I check my browser settings to make sure I haven't blocked microphone access to CogNeed.

What should I do if I don't see the content associated with it when I try to detect it again?

• I check that I'm not using a manual search and therefore don't see any new detections.

• I check that I haven't pinned a card.

• I check in the dashboard that the word I'm saying is part of the project's keyword list.
