## I have no detections

* I check that I'm on the right project with the right language.
* I check that I'm not on a page where I can't see any new detections.
* I check that I'm not logged out.
* I check my computer settings to make sure the right microphone is connected to CogNeed.
* I check my browser settings to make sure I haven't blocked microphone access to CogNeed.

## I don't see content

* I check that I'm not on a page where I can't see any new detections.
* I check that I'm not in the "Focus" mode.
* I check that the word I'm saying is part of the project's keyword list.

## I am changing workstations

* I check that I am properly logged out of CogNeed before changing workstations.
* If needed, I reinstall the Live or Dual Channel application on my new workstation.
* I log back into CogNeed using my credentials or SSO.
