🗒️Content cards

When you start a session, Live Application listens to you and gives you access to vocal detection. This makes the following features available:

  1. History. For each spoken word that CogNeed knows, an associated content card appears in the history. You can click on it to return to a previously covered topic.

    • Agent: Keyword detected in your voice.

    • Client: Keyword detected in the voice of the person you are speaking to.

  2. Associated cards: A feature that connects two content cards together, making it easier to navigate between them. Links to other cards can be clicked at any time to display related information.

  3. Session length: This allows you to keep in mind the duration of the conversation.

The cards can be organised by tab to make the information more digestible, and can also contain:

  • Text

  • Links

  • Images

  • Tables

  • Videos and GIFs

  • Reduced content

  • Documents (PDF, Excel, etc.)

When you click on an image, link, document or video, Live Application opens the target on your default browser.
