At the end of each session, a screen appears with session details. You can:

• Generate a conversation summary - for organisations that have subscribed to CogNeed Advanced

• Write personal notes about the call process

• View a list of displayed cards and spoken vocal triggers

• View a list of decision trees run during the session

• View session compliance and quality elements

• View your evaluation sheet

• Request new content
