πŸ”“Focus vs. Reactive

Focus mode allows you to keep important information in focus without it being overridden by something else.

For example, if a customer asks an important question or you're explaining specific information, staying on the page you're currently on helps you stay on track, even if other keywords are detected later. This improves flow, ensuring you have the right information at the right time.

Two interaction modes: Reactive mode and Focus mode. You can switch between them with a single click on the padlock.

Reactive mode:

  • During the conversation, the display refreshes with each detection generating a display, always displaying the latest detection. You can easily go back by clicking on a previous detection in the history.

  • If you want to freeze the display for a few minutes so you can use the content without interruption, click the padlock to switch to focus mode.

Focus mode:

  • The display is retained until you click the padlock to deselect it, or until you click a link or a previous detection. Detections continue to be made and are visible in the history. They can be viewed later, when you have finished using the current file.
