🧑💻Installation & Connection
CogNeed is available as a Progressive Web Application (PWA) to be installed on your desktop. This installation does not require administrative rights.
1st connection
You have received an email from contact@cogneed.ai inviting you to join your organisation.
If you haven't received it, check your spam and/or junk mail. If you still don't see it, contact your administrator directly.
Click on "Join us"
Enter the email address where you received the invitation
Copy and paste the one-time password (received in the invitation email), paying attention to the spaces!
Choose a new password that meets CogNeed security requirements.
You are now logged in and automatically redirected to the page https://live.cogneed.ai!
Warning: Your password will only be known to you. If you lose it, you can reset it on the CogNeed login page.
Installation
Allow microphone use, as well as notifications;
Click on "Install the app"
A pop-up appears, click on "Install":
The application opens and the CogNeed icon appears in your Windows taskbar.
Right-click in the taskbar to pin CogNeed:
No link to install the app?
If you can't find the link to install the app, you have 2 other options to install the CogNeed PWA.
Use the installation icon in your browser's URL search bar.
