# Menu

## Menu and Quick Access Bar

* The Live Application menu is located at the top left of the application
* The Quick Access Bar is located on the left side, it is the vertical list of icons.

By clicking on the menu, the following screenshot is displayed:

You will find there:

* **Icons**: These represent the different pages you have access to.
  * By clicking on the :star:, you can customise your Quick Access Bar by adding or removing pages.
* **Dashboard Access**: Link to your client area.
* **Help Center**: Link to our Help Center, which you are currently viewing.
* **Contact Us**: Link to a CogNeed email address.
* **Refresh Data**: Live App refresh button, if you want to access content recently added by your managers to CogNeed.
* **Version**: Live App update and version information.
