🛡️Compliance and quality

Compliance: Compliance rules, a process or communication element that users must adhere to during their calls. These rules are configured and documented in the Dashboard, displayed to the user as the conversation progresses, and are subject to reminders and follow-up indicators.

Quality: Rules regarding the quality of the wording used. For each quality theme, it indicates the recommended and avoided wording during calls. These rules are configured and documented in the Dashboard and are subject to monitoring indicators.

The Compliance Topic tab presents all the compliance rules to be respected:

  • "Compliant in the following context" indicates the conditions under which this compliance becomes mandatory: either due to the duration of the call, or by the mention of a topic.

  • "Instructions" describes the elements that must be mentioned by the user in this context.

  • "Validated by pronouncing the following triggers" lists the vocal triggers that allow you to validate the topic, or conversely, in the case of prohibited mentions, to invalidate it.

The Quality Topics tab indicates, for each quality topic, the recommended and avoided formulations during calls.
