Engagement Tab

Allows you to track your Live Application usage:

  • Number of sessions: A session starts when CogNeed begins listening and ends when CogNeed stops listening. When CogNeed is integrated with your CTI, Live Application automatically starts and stops for each call; the number of sessions therefore corresponds to the number of calls.

  • Total session duration: CogNeed listening time across all sessions.

  • Average session duration: Total session duration divided by the number of sessions.

Compliance Tab

Allows you to track your compliance scores, on average and for each compliance item.
