# My performance

Access to the user's Performance indicators.

### Engagement Tab

Allows you to track your Live Application usage:

* **Number of sessions**: A session starts when CogNeed begins listening and ends when CogNeed stops listening. When CogNeed is integrated with your CTI, Live Application automatically starts and stops for each call; the number of sessions therefore corresponds to the number of calls.
* **Total session duration**: CogNeed listening time across all sessions.
* **Average session duration**: Total session duration divided by the number of sessions.

### Compliance Tab

Allows you to track your compliance scores, on average and for each compliance item.
