πŸ“Session

Informations disponible dans la section "Historique des Sessions" de Live Application.

A Session is a period of time during which CogNeed has been actively listening to a conversation. It starts either by clicking the Play button or automatically through an integration, and ends either by clicking the Stop button or automatically through an integration.

  • The session history lists all of the user's past sessions, from the most recent to the oldest. You can use filters to target specific sessions.

  • For each session, a preview of when it was performed, its duration, and the number of displays is available. Additional information is available by clicking on the row.

Information automatically available in session history

The following information is automatically captured during each session:

  • User

  • Date and Time

  • Duration

  • Displayed cards with the number of displays for each and vocal triggers;

  • Compliance elements: mandatory, validated, and rejected

  • Decision Trees: launched, completed, in progress

  • Evaluation Sheet;

  • Session Summary (generated only for sessions longer than one minute, only with the Advanced version of CogNeed). The summary is generated automatically with a slight time lag. If it has not yet been generated, you can click "Generate Summary" to do so immediately.

  • Session Score: Hover over the score to rate it (from 1 to 5 stars)

  • Personal Notes: Add personal notes about the session

  • Content Request: If you did not find the information you needed in CogNeed during the session, you can document a content request directly from the end of session page.
