• Choose the language of Live Application

• Check that your headset is detected by the application and/or change your sound input

• Change your display name and password

• Customise notification delivery: You have the option to subscribe/unsubscribe from the following notifications.

  • All notifications: includes all notifications listed below;

  • Notifications on detections: corresponds to all vocal detections leading to a display;

  • Notifications during a call event: When CogNeed is integrated with your telephony tool, these notifications correspond to the start and end of CogNeed sessions;

  • Notifications when a topic becomes mandatory: Corresponds to notifications informing you that new compliance elements have become mandatory in your calls.
