🗣️Vocal triggers

A vocal trigger is a word or group of words that can generate the display of a content cards, help document a topic (compliance for example) or initiate a change of context.

• For each vocal trigger, you can access the elements associated with it by clicking on it.

• Icons allow you to visualise their impact without clicking on them.

  1. The vocal trigger triggers the display of a content card;

     1. The vocal trigger is located on an inactive content card;

  2. The vocal trigger is part of a compliance or call quality topic;

  3. The vocal trigger triggers a context;

  4. The vocal trigger is an intention.

• You can search through vocal triggers using the search bar at the top of the window.
