CogNeed App

Notifications and settings have been put in place to help you:

• Open CogNeed App when a call is detected

Only available if you have phone integration.

• Know if voice detection is detected and CogNeed App is not in the foreground

  • You have notifications on your computer

  • and "badge" notifications with the detection number in your computer's task bar.

How do you know if you are receiving notifications?

To be sure that you are getting the notifications that CogNeed sends, please verify by doing the following steps:

1. On the 3 small dots at the top right of the application, click on "App info"

2. Click on "Settings"

3. Check that the "Notifications" check mark is enabled.

Customise app notifications

In the menu of CogNeed App, you have the settings. Inside you can find customisable notification settings.
