Get started

  1. Log into your account.

2. Click on the CogNeed AI™ assistant button in your browser.

If Cogneed :cogneed_logo: is integrated with your telephony or CRM system, it will start automatically. You will find more information about integration here.

4. Cogneed AI™ :cogneed_logo: immediately appears on top of your current web page to assist you during your call. It follows you as you browse open tabs.

When an agent pronounces an identified keyword,:cogneed_logo:CogNeed AI™ hears it and automatically displays relevant information to help them answer callers's questions, resolve concerns and drive an effective conversation.

Two small icons for feedback (Thumbs up / down) are displayed in the higher section of the CogNeed Assistant to get the agent's feedback on the content.

The content card shows up to two links to other content card which can guide you during your conversations.
