ℹ️What can I do if...

What can if do if I have no detections:

• I check that I am on the right project with the right language

• I check in the CogNeed dashboard that the content sheet is active and not inactive

• I check that I am not on the manual search and therefore that I do not see the new detections

• I check that I am not out of session

• I check on my computer settings that my microphone is well connected

• I check in the browser settings that I have not blocked the microphone's access to CogNeed

What can I do if CogNeed doesn't follow me on each tab of my browser:

• I refresh the page of my browser (Ctrl + R)

• I try to go on another tab and get back to the one where I opened the plugin in the first place

• I try to close and restart CogNeed

What can I do if I cannot see the content when a new detection occurs:

• I check in the plugin that I'm not on the manual search page and therefore cannot see the latest detections

• I check in the plugin that I don't have a card pinned

• I check in the dashboard that the vocal command I'm saying is on the list in my project

What can I do if I don't see the plugin on my screen?

• I check that I'm not on a Meet meeting

• I check that I am not in a settings tab of my browser

• I check that I am not on my browser's default page for a new tab
