Users

The administrator can add and manage current users.

Users are divided into 2 roles, corresponding to 2 different ways to use :cogneed_logo: CogNeed:

  • ✏️ Users: main activity is mainly to use :cogneed_logo: CogNeed AI™ during their calls through our live assistant.

  • 🎧 Admins: main activities include content editing and accessing to CogNeed Reports, both on :cogneed_logo: CogNeed Dashboard.

Go to Settings >> Users tab to manage the users.
