Topics

The themes make it possible to distribute the voice commands by category in order to differentiate them. In the “Content Management” tab, you will find the topics on the left column.

You can create topics that will be visible throughout your organisation and in your various projects.

To create a theme, you must:

1. Access the “Content Management” tab

2. Select the topics on the left menu

3. Click on the "Create a topic" button

   
4. Enter the name of the theme and add the colour.

   
5. Save: this action will take your creation into account

You will also find the themes in the "Home" tab of your project.

You can change the colour of a topic.

By clicking on it you can change the colour of the topic

You can delete a topic.

By clicking on the trash can on the right you can delete a topic. But be careful, it is impossible to delete a topic associated with vocal commands. To do this, you must move them to another topic before you can delete this topic.
