Commands in CogNeed App

In the home page of the WebApp, you can find all the voice commands assigned to your project.

  1. Click on "Commands" to see the full list

  2. Click on each of the commands to see what they are attached to

  3. Search within vocal commands

  4. The symbols next to each command will help you know what they do

    1. The vocal command triggers a display of a content card

    2. The vocal command is part of a compliance or call quality topic

    3. The vocal command is a context trigger
