Content statistics

First, choose the correct project you want to have the datas on.

• History: the number of times the card was displayed following a click in the history

• Search: the number of times the card was displayed following a manual search

• Linked cards: the number of times the card was displayed following a click on a sheet with a link:

  • recently modified file card

  • in directly linked content using the “link a card” functionality

  • linked card in the blue banner at the bottom of a content card

• Voice displays: the number of times the card was displayed following vocal detection

• Favorite: the number of times the card was displayed following a click on a favorite card on the home page

• Initial displays: (for certain customers only) the number of times the card was displayed following automatic display thanks to telephone integration at the start of the session

Then, you'll see 2 dashboards:

1. Content usage by card

2. Content usage by user

What can you find on the first dashboard?

• all the cards related to that project

• the number of displays per cards (with an evolution from the last period)

• the number of feedback per cards

• the score per cards

• voici vs manuel (CTA) display origin

• The export button that allows you to either print or export as a CSV

The grade of each content card, calculated on the percentage of positive feedback converted into stars ⭐

• All users affected to the project

• the number of displays by user (with an evolution from the last period)

• the number of feedback by user

• the number of detailed feedback by user
