Mandatory topics
We find all the required topics, that is to say mandatory during the calls. This means that for each call, you must pronounce the vocal commands associated with this topic.
To add a topic, click on the "Add a mandatory topic" button, you have the choice between:
Select a topic that already exists in the organisation
Create a new topic
You can add a minimum duration to your topic by clicking on the link or make it mandatory if another topic is mentioned.

Duration:
Choose the number of minutes from which this topic will be mandatory during the session.
If the box is not checked, then by default, this topic will be mandatory from the start of the session.
Topic context:
By checking the box, this makes the topic mandatory even if it is less than the number of minutes previously chosen and if the conditional topic is mentioned. There can be several conditional topics.
If this is the case then each of them must be mentioned to make our main topic mandatory.
If the minimum duration is exceeded, then the topic will necessarily be mandatory even if it contains conditional topics.
Formulation topics
These are the topics of recommended and non-recommended wording.
To add a topic, click on the "Add a formulation topic" button, you have the choice between:
Select a topic that already exists in the organisation
Create a new topic
In each formulation topic you can (if you haven't already done so) add vocal commands:
By clicking on "Add a command" you will create a new vocal command
Otherwise go to the existing vocal commands and associate the topic with each of them
Once all the vocal commands are associated with a topic, you can choose whether they are:
Recommended
Not recommended

A mandatory topic cannot be a formulation topic. The two do not belong to the same category.
