They allow you to choose favorite cards. You can access them more quickly on the home page.

Vocal commands:

A vocal command is a word or group of keywords that the AI will recognise.

On the WebApp home page, you can find all the vocal commands assigned to your project.

1. Click "Commands" to see the full list

2. Click on each command to see what they are attached to

3. Search within vocal commands

4. The symbols next to each command will help you know what they do

   1. The vocal command triggers a display of a content card

   2. The vocal command is part of a compliance or call quality topic

   3. The vocal command is a context trigger
