Content cards can be defined for the agents by selecting vocal commands and associating them with content (text, links, pictures).

A vocal command is a keyword detected in the conversation by :cogneed_logo: CogNeed AI™.

The selection of vocal commands influence the way agents present products, how they express themselves and how they interact with customers in general. This is possible because :cogneed_logo:CogNeed AI™ shows the content associated to keywords during the call, providing agents with real-time support during the conversation.

❤️Favorite cards:

Each content card has a heart. Click on it to put the card as favorite. Click again to remove it from the favorites.

Temporary cards:

A clock indicates a card with a deactivation date. On the clock is written the date of expiration.
