How to install the CogNeed assistant

1. Download the plugin in your dashboard and select Add to Chrome

2. Follow the prompts to enable your microphone, then the CogNeed AI™ assistant will appear next to your URL bar, as shown below.

3. Please complete your installation by logging into your account.

4. And that's it! You're ready to start.

Note: CogNeed is currently compatible with Chrome and Edge but not currently with Firefox or Safari.

If you can't find your Cogneed assistant in Chrome browser.

It may be hidden behind the puzzle icon. This is Chrome's way to let you choose which extension are visible.

Here's how to check:

1. Click the puzzle icon to reveal all your Chrome extensions.

2. Find Cogneed AI™ extension and press the pin icon (or an eye for Edge). This will move it to your browser's taskbar for future easy access.

Don't forget to give access to the mike in your browser!
