CogNeed App

It is located at the top left of the application

You find there:

  • The project you have access to and a menu to change it if you have access to multiple projects within your organisation.

  • Your devices: check and change the microphone connected to the CogNeed App.

  • Data Update: Refreshes CogNeed App if content has been added very recently to the Dashboard.

  • Request content (Dashboard redirect): to request the addition of new content not yet entered on CogNeed.

  • Dashboard access: link to your customer area.

  • Your user settings, including:

    • General preferences

    • Account settings

    • Notification settings

  • A shortcut to the Help Center you are currently viewing

  • Application update and versioning information

Two small icons for feedback (Thumbs up / down) are displayed in the higher section of the CogNeed Assistant to get the agent's feedback on the content.

The content card shows up to two links to other content card which can guide you during your conversations.
