Telephony System

Thanks to our API integration CogNeed is fully compatible with many telephony systems (Dialers, CTI, VoIP). Connected to your telephony system, CogNeed will start automatically when you're having a call and can as well start the right project depending on your interlocutor.

CRM

:cogneed_logo: CogNeed AI™ currently doesn’t exchange information directly with CRMs. If your telephony system runs inside a CRM, CogNeed can integrate with its softphone feature.

The administrator is managing the integrations under Settings >> Integrations.

Configuring your Aircall integration

Please check that you have Admin rights in Aircall and CogNeed. If so, you can follow the simple steps below.

Step 1 : Grant CogNeed access to Aircall

Step 2 : Configure Aircall to make sure all CogNeed users are associated to Aircall users.

Ino CX

CogNeed connects with Ino CX to start automatically when your agents make or receive calls.
