Telephony System
Thanks to our API integration CogNeed is fully compatible with many telephony systems (Dialers, CTI, VoIP). Connected to your telephony system, CogNeed will start automatically when you're having a call and can as well start the right project depending on your interlocutor.
CRM
CogNeed AI™ currently doesn’t exchange information directly with CRMs. If your telephony system runs inside a CRM, CogNeed can integrate with its softphone feature.
The administrator is managing the integrations under Settings >> Integrations.
